Book your Newport Getaway.  The Restmere Penthouse features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and queen sized bed. There is a galley kitchen, TV room, laundry room, AC, private entrance and parking for three cars.

Restmere was designed by Richard Upjohn in 1857 for Alexander Van Rensselaer.  The Italinate villa is located in Middletown, Rhode Island.  Notable residents have included Adolph Audrain, Rear Admiral Howard and Admiral Kalbfus.  Restmere is also known as the Blues House and was home to legendary Blues musicians during the 1964 Newport Folk Festival. Architect John Grosvenor and Writer Cheryl Hackett recently restored Restmore.
